JSW Infra appoints Rinkesh Roy as new CEO in place of Arun Maheshwari

The JSW Group firm announced that Arun Maheshwari will step down as joint MD and CEO, effective November 7, 2024. Shares of JSW Infrastructure Ltd ended at ₹322.70, up by ₹8.05, or 2.56%, on the BSE.
