Ather Energy allots shares, warrants in ₹1,200 crore fundraise; Hero MotoCorp stake to near 30%

Hero MotoCorp will invest nearly ₹1,000 crore through convertible warrants, while the India-Japan Fund has subscribed to shares worth about ₹200 crore.
