Ather Energy launches QIP to raise up to ₹1,300 crore; sets floor price at ₹1,170

Ather Energy launched a ₹1,300 crore QIP at a floor price of ₹1,169.70 per share. Proceeds will fund debt repayment, R&D, and marketing.
