Nuvoco Vistas reported a 20% year-on-year rise in June-quarter net profit to ₹160 crore, helped by cost discipline and operational efficiencies even as margins stayed flat. The company also commissioned its 2 MMTPA Surat grinding unit ahead of schedule, with further capacity expansion at Kutch on track to lift total cement capacity to 35 MMTPA by FY28.
