The board recommended a final dividend of ₹45 per equity share for FY26. Including the interim and special dividend declared earlier in the year, the total dividend payout for FY26 stands at ₹205 per share. Shares of the company ended 1.12% lower at ₹5,662, ahead of the Q4 earnings result announcement on Tuesday, May 26.
