Punjab & Sind Bank to raise up to ₹5,000 crore by March 2027 through equity and bonds

According to the bank’s filing, the capital raise includes up to ₹3,000 crore through the issue of equity shares via Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP), Follow-on Public Offer (FPO), or rights issue. Shares of Punjab & Sind Bank ended at ₹29.88, down by ₹0.32, or 1.06%, on the BSE.
