Canara Bank board okays ₹9,500-crore fundraise for FY26 via tier II, AT1 bonds

The fundraise will be conducted via Basel III-compliant bonds, split between ₹6,000 crore in tier II bonds and ₹3,500 crore in additional tier I (AT1) bonds. Shares of Canara Bank Ltd ended at ₹115.70, down by ₹1.40, or 1.20%, on the BSE.
