The upbeat performance was primarily driven by JSW Steel’s Indian operations, which recorded their highest-ever quarterly crude steel production at 7.40 million tonnes. This translates to a 9% increase QoQ and a 13% increase YoY. Capacity utilisation at the Indian operations, excluding trial runs, stood at an impressive 93% for Q4 FY25.
