DLF plots debt-free future, ₹25,000-crore cash surplus and higher dividends

This financial discipline will be complemented by an enhanced dividend payout strategy, with DLF committing to distribute 50% of its PAT, potentially increasing shareholder returns by 15-20% over the next 5-6 years. Shares of DLF Ltd closed at ₹691 on the NSE, up 1.55% or ₹10.55, on Thursday, March 27.
