The deal, valued at ₹2,475 crore, will be executed in two tranches, reducing Apollo Hospitals’ stake in Apollo Healthco from 94.91% to 78.879%, on a fully converted basis. Shares of Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Ltd ended at ₹7,239, up by ₹75.10, or 1.05%, on the BSE.
