The hospital major’s EBITDA surged 32.1% to ₹375.2 crore in Q3 FY25 over ₹284 crore year-on-year. Shares of Fortis Healthcare Ltd ended at ₹645.20, down by ₹5.85, or 0.90%, on the BSE.

SEBI has proposed extending the automated trading window closure to immediate relatives of designated persons in listed firms, aiming to curb insider trading risks and prevent unintentional violations.

Shares of PSU Insurance behemoth LIC ended the session 1.56% lower at ₹815.95 on the BSE ahead of the results announcement.
