The board of Page Industries declared a first interim dividend of ₹150 per equity share for the financial year 2025-26. Record date for the said dividend has been fixed as August 13, 2025.
The company’s total revenue for the year stood at ₹1,734 crore, supported by growth across its key business segments.
For the June quarter, Page Industries reported growth of 22% in its net profit from the same quarter last year, while revenue grew by 3% on a year-on-year basis.
