Tata Steel said its Dutch subsidiary has been summoned by prosecutors over alleged pollution at its IJmuiden coke plants. The company said the case relates to “undercooked coke” incidents that have already fallen 98% since 2020 and called the allegations unjustified, adding it will contest them in court.
