CNBC-TV18 had reported on Wednesday that a block deal was likely in the stock, with promoter group entity Aruna Ganesh expected to be the seller. Aruna Ganesh was looking to offload up to a 3.05% stake in the company through the transaction, valued at around ₹1,314 crore.
