Many global markets are also observing the Good Friday holiday. The US stock market will be shut on Friday and so will most European indices. Asian markets shut on Friday include New Zealand, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Indonesia and the Philippines. However, Japanese and South Korean markets are open for trade.
