The Central Consumer Protection Authority (CCPA) has issued a show cause notice to Ola Electric following a wave of over 10,000 complaints. The road ministry may seek explanation and the Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI) is also planning to seek information regarding warranty claims and service centres.
