Rajputana Stainless IPO: GMP among key details to know before subscription

At the upper price band, Rajputana Stainless intends to raise ₹255 crore, which includes a fresh issue of shares worth ₹179 crore, along with an Offer for Sale (OFS) component of shares worth ₹76 crore by promoter Shankarlal Deepchand Mehta.
