InterGlobe Aviation Ltd (IndiGo) reported a 78% YoY decline in Q3 net profit to ₹550 crore, despite a 6.2% rise in revenue to ₹23,472 crore. The sharp fall was primarily driven by an exceptional charge of ₹1,547 crore, of which ₹969 crore was linked to the implementation of the new labour codes, exceeding the ₹577 crore cost from operational disruptions.
