Rupee opens 22 paise stronger; 10-year bond yields rise to one-year high

The Indian rupee opened stronger at 91.76 against the US dollar as RBI sold dollars offshore. Nirmala Sitharaman announced record borrowing of ₹17.2 lakh crore in the Union Budget 2026-27.
