Harish Krishnan, CIO – Equity, Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC, does not expect major surprises in the Union Budget and believes continued focus on capital expenditure would be positive. He also sees scope for measures to boost consumption, while changes to equity taxation appear unlikely.
