Reliance Power forms board of management to boost governance, bets big on clean energy

Reliance Power has formed a new board of management to strengthen governance and enhance strategic oversight. The company also highlighted major clean-energy gains, with subsidiary Reliance NU Energies emerging as India’s largest solar+BESS player with up to 4 GW solar and 6.5 GW energy storage capacity. Shares of Reliance Power ended lower on Wednesday, November 19, by 0.30% at ₹39.94 on the NSE.
