Kunal Shah, Head-Commodities Research, Nirmal Bang Commodities said the MCX outage was a technical glitch but stressed that such disruptions should not occur, as they expose traders to major risks without alternatives. Jay Prakash Gupta, Director of Dhan called the situation unfortunate, stating that repeated glitches leave clients helpless and undermine confidence in the system.
