At the upper end of the price band, the Tata Capital IPO size will be worth ₹15,512 crore, which will not only be the biggest IPO of 2025, but also among the largest in India, following Hyundai Motor India, LIC, and One97 Communications, the parent company of payments aggregator Paytm.
