The sale forms part of the IPO of Brigade Hotel Ventures. Brigade also said it has acquired a 100% equity stake in AMG Info Park Private Limited for ₹13.44 crore, making it a wholly owned subsidiary. Shares of Brigade Enterprises ended at ₹910.20, down by ₹9.85 or 1.07%, on the BSE today, September 26.
