Bhilwara Energy Ltd, part of HEG Ltd, has acquired Statkraft’s 49% stake in Malana Power Company Ltd, becoming the sole owner of its hydropower assets in Himachal Pradesh. Shares of HEG Ltd ended higher on Tuesday, September 9, by 1.63% to ₹499 on the NSE.
