Yes Bank shares rise up to 5% after SMBC gets RBI nod to increase shareholding

At the end June 2025, the domestic lenders collectively held 33.7% stake in Yes Bank, with SBI remaining the largest single shareholder with a 23.96% stake. Meanwhile, foreign investors CA Basque Investments and Verventa Holdings held 4.22% and 9.2%, respectively.
