Puravankara slips into red in Q1 with ₹69-crore loss despite higher sales bookings

As of June 30, 2025, the total estimated surplus from all completed and ongoing projects stood at ₹7,915 crore. The estimated surplus from commercial projects was ₹1,934 crore, while pipeline projects were projected to generate ₹5,578 crore. Shares of Puravankara Ltd ended at ₹266.50, down by ₹5.70 or 2.09%, on the BSE today (August 8).
