Bajaj Group finalises deal terms with Allianz to end insurance joint ventures

On March 18, Bajaj Group had announced plans to acquire Allianz’s 26% stake in Bajaj Allianz General Insurance and Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance for a combined value of over ₹24,100 crore.
