US markets today: Futures for the Dow Jones Industrial Average climbed by 166 points, or 0.4%. S&P 500 futures gained 0.4%, and Nasdaq-100 futures rose 0.6% as regular trading on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and Nasdaq was halted for the Martin Luther King Jr Day holiday.
