SEBI fines Premier Polyfilm for RPT violations, says ‘ignorance is no excuse’

SEBI penalised Premier Polyfilm ₹3 lakh for failing to obtain mandatory approvals for related-party transactions. The Premier Polyfilm stock ended the day (December 9) at ₹63.79, up ₹3.03, or 4.99%.
