Foseco India block deal launched; promoters look to sell 15.27% stake for up to ₹664 crore

Morganite Crucible and Morgan Terrassen BV are likely to sell a combined 15.27% stake in Foseco India at a floor price of ₹5,773.63 per share, sources told CNBC-TV18.
