L&T Realty Properties Ltd., a subsidiary of Larsen & Toubro, will acquire 100% stake in International Green Scapes Ltd for ₹1,123 crore. The acquisition will help the company leverage IGSL’s land parcel in Gurugram to expand its real estate development portfolio. Shares of Larsen & Toubro ended higher on Friday, April 10, by 1.63% at ₹3,959.90 on the NSE.
