Samhi Hotels to pick up 70% in Rare India for ₹47.39 cr; explores Marriott tie-up

SAMHI Hotels will acquire a 70% stake in RARE India for ₹47.39 Cr, entering the experiential leisure segment. The acquisition will be in two tranches by May 2026.
