Dr Reddy’s had begun an internal investigation in 2020 following an anonymous complaint alleging improper payments to healthcare professionals in Ukraine and potentially other countries that could constitute violations of US anti-corruption laws. Shares of the company closed at ₹1303.80 down 0.74% for the day.
