Tata Power commissions two 765 kV corridors in UP, enables 3,000 MW power evacuation

Tata Power has commissioned two critical 765 kV extra high voltage transmission corridors in Uttar Pradesh — Mainpuri–Bara (380 CKM) and Mainpuri–Unnao (194 CKM) — under the SEUPPTCL project. The lines will enable evacuation of over 3,000 MW of thermal power, strengthen the northern grid, and expand Tata Power’s operational transmission network to 5,312 circuit km.
