Deven Choksey, Managing Director of DRChoksey Finserv, says mid-tier IT companies are facing pressure largely because of elevated valuations, a trend that also applies to stocks such as Persistent Systems. According to him, there are no concerns around business fundamentals or earnings performance, and these companies continue to offer reasonable visibility on future growth. However, stretched valuations reduce their attractiveness at current levels.
