According to the company, the incident occurred due to the sudden failure of a hydraulic jack caused by internal seal damage, and the girder fell on a moving goods vehicle, which entered a prohibited construction zone. Shares of Ashoka Buildcon Ltd ended at ₹184.10, up by ₹5.55, or 3.11%, on the BSE, today, November 27.
