TCS has suffered a setback in its long-running legal battle with CSC–DXC after the US Fifth Circuit Court upheld $194.2 million in damages while vacating a previous injunction for reassessment. The case, filed in 2019, alleges misuse of trade secrets linked to software access through a Transamerica deal. TCS said it will explore further legal options and continue to defend its position vigorously.
