Godawari Power and Ispat invests ₹125 crore in GNEPL via 12.49 crore preference shares

The funds are intended for capex and working capital requirements tied to setting up a Battery Energy Storage System Plant with an initial capacity of 10 GWh. The preference shares were issued on a rights basis. Shares of Godawari Power and Ispat Limited ended at ₹256.00, down by ₹7.85, or 2.98%, on the BSE.
