Sandip Agarwal, Fund Manager at Sowilo Investment Managers, said the engineering R&D (ER&D) sector is growing 2-2.5 times faster than IT services. However, he cautioned that valuations are very high, with PEG ratios around 40-50x, which could limit returns despite the sector’s strong growth potential.
