For the first half of FY26, Sobha achieved its highest-ever sales value of ₹3,981.4 crore, up 30.4% year-on-year, with total new sales area of 2.84 million square feet. On Friday (October 3), shares of Sobha Ltd ended at ₹1,470.45, down by ₹46.05, or 3.04%, on the BSE.
