Singularity Large Value Fund I, II and III, owned by veteran investor Madhusudan Kela and his son Yash Kela, bought 62.5 lakh shares (equivalent to 2.01% stake) in Prime Focus, which provides visual effects and animation services provider to film, television, and advertising clients worldwide, at ₹142.55 per share.
