Nickel trade back to normal as volatility fades, says MCX’s Chittranjan Rege

MCX has launched a revised nickel futures contract with a smaller trading lot, a single delivery centre and a mid-month expiry. Chittranjan Rege, Head of Base Metals at MCX, told CNBC-TV18 that the turbulence of 2022 is behind the market, with global trade stabilising, inventories rising and normal demand-supply dynamics returning.
