In the June quarter, the company recognised an exceptional loss of ₹17.14 crore on account of damage caused by the fire at the Bengaluru project in April. Juniper said the property is adequately insured and it has received an interim payment of ₹5 crore from the insurer, with the final settlement to be determined after restoration work is completed.
