Aditya Infotech, which offers video security and surveillance products under ‘CP Plus’ brand, has fixed a price band between ₹640 and ₹675 per share for its IPO. The allotment is expected to be finalised on August 1, while the company’s shares will be listed on BSE, NSE with a tentative listing date fixed as August 5.
