Sobha achieved its highest quarterly real estate sales value at ₹2,079 crore, marking the first time the company has crossed the ₹2,000-crore milestone. This reflects an 11% YoY increase in sales value. Shares of Sobha Ltd ended at ₹1,618, down by ₹11.60 or 0.71%, on the BSE.
