Titan Company Ltd is set to acquire a 67% stake in UAE-based jeweller Damas LLC for AED 1.04 billion. The strategic move boosts Titan’s global expansion in the GCC region, enhancing its international jewellery portfolio. Titan shares climbed 0.9% on the NSE to close at ₹3,433 on Monday (July 21).
