PNB Housing Q1 net profit surges 23%, NII up 24%; asset quality improves

Asset quality improved with gross non-performing assets (GNPA) declining by 29 basis points to 1.06% as of June 30, 2025, compared to 1.35% a year earlier. Shares of PNB Housing Finance Limited ended at ₹1,087.70, up by ₹5.80 or 0.54%, on the BSE.
