The rebranding with effect from June 16, following approval from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), comes after a period of legal and familial dispute over the use of the ‘Lodha’ brand name. Shares of Macrotech ended in the green at ₹1466.90 apiece on the BSE.
