Benchmark indices Sensex and Nifty fell by 1 per cent on Thursday amid weak global cues and rising geopolitical tensions in the Middle East. Fresh foreign fund outflows further dampened sentiment. Tata Motors and Titan led the losses, while Brent crude declined 1.43 per cent to USD 68.77 a barrel.
